Biomedical Science Writers, LLC is registered in the State of Montana, USA, is located in Montana, and performs all its services in Montana. As such, the laws of the State of Montana will govern these disclaimers, terms and conditions, without giving effect to any principles of conflict of laws. Use of Biomedical Science Writers’ services constitutes an agreement that any legal proceeding arising out of Biomedical Science Writers’ services may only be brought in the United States District Court for Montana, or the 21st Judicial District Court for the State of Montana. Additional Terms

Although Biomedical Science Writers returns documents in fully edited form, the changes we make when editing or rewriting documents are suggestions only. It is your sole responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of all advice and services rendered. We do not assume final sign-off responsibility, and are not financially responsible for any loss, financial or otherwise, resulting from textual errors in the documents we work on. Biomedical Science Writers' services do not include fact checking unless a specific request has been made and financial terms are agreed upon before the work is begun. Otherwise, the veracity of all factual claims are your responsibility. All estimated turnaround times are assumed to begin when Biomedical Science Writers receives your confirmation of the "terms". Estimated times and estimated costs refer to a single editing event with an explicit target result in view. Additions of materials, revisions, rewrites, or change of target journal or any activity which alters the specific agreement will be considered to be outside the scope of the editing event. Biomedical Science Writers reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion. You are responsible for supplying Biomedical Science Writers with a current and accurate name, billing address, phone number, and email address, and you have an ongoing obligation to keep this information current. You are responsible for supplying appropriate payment in U.S. funds for all services performed by Biomedical Science Writers. These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede and replace all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by Biomedical Science Writers.
