Pricing:
BioMedical Science Writers charges between $10 and $18 per page (250 words) for editing services.
We don't believe in charging a flat "one-size-fits-all" rate because every document is different. We base our fee on the time it takes to edit the document. This is the most accurate and fair method of pricing. Dr. Milner generally edits between 1000 and 2000 words per hour depending on the complexity of the document. At the current rate of $75 per hour, this generally works out to approximately $0.06 or less per word. Well-written documents may come in around $0.04 per word. Occasionally, documents with significant syntax or language problems may cost more than $0.06 per word. Very short documents may also cost more. References are not edited and are not counted in the word total.
Workload permitting, rush jobs will be accommodated.
